I have no idea but it sounds like a great business. I'm actually renting a storage space that I plan on using for an art studio. The woman who runs my facility says that she's had to build MORE units and I see more units sprouting up all the time. We, Americans love our JUNK. Try & price out the materials yourself if you can.

I am planning on buying a fishing boat soon if I can find a place to store it. It'll only be about 14-16 feet. The homeowner's association won't let it stay anywhere near my house. The price for a storage slip and the storage warehouses are too expensive. My garage won't work either. Anyone have any ideas of where it can be stored?
