Brisbane Storage

I was wondering if readers have any suggestions as to what potential problems could arise when starting a boat and car storage business in which people can store each of these either covered or in the open.

I am looking for any downside or problems that could be faced from the beginning of setting up the business (e.g. just getting everything put together and set up), to client interactions, competition, maintaining and running the facility, and any possible problems or difficulties that could occur.

Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
